Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Use the search engine to enter the desired departure date. Then, select the pick-up and drop-off location. Enter the number of people travelling. Click the “Find transfer” button.

In case you are buying a return ticket, select the option “Return”, select the date of your return and the pick-up and drop-off location. In the next step, enter any additional luggage, sports gear or a child safety seat.

Before finishing your order, make sure you have entered the correct information. Then, you are ready to finish your purchase.

What information do I need in order to book?

Information you need for booking:

• departure date,
• return date,
• number of people traveling, including children
• your personal information (first name, last name, address, email, phone number).

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Every passenger can bring 1 medium size suitcase (23kg) and 1 handbag (personal bag, camera, laptop bag or similar). Carry-on cases are considered to be suitcases rather than hand luggage.

If you wish to bring any extra items or larger suitcases, you will be able to select these whilst completing the booking.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Specific, detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

One day before you departure, you will get email and SMS with all the instructions (Pick up location, time, driver phone number).

How long will the transfer take?

When you book your transfer with us, we provide an estimate of the driving time and distance to your destination.

However, circumstances beyond our control – traffic, weather, etc. – may cause your transfer to take longer or shorter than expected. Our drivers will choose the most direct route for you so you can get to your destination as quickly as possible and on time.

• All passengers undergo temperature screening.
• Wearing protective masks is mandatory during the whole ride.
• Vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after each journey.
• Hand sanitizer available in every vehicle.
